Completed cuisine training at Ecole Ferrandi Paris, June 2010. My hands were so sore during 5 months of school, I did not do much writing. So much to tell! I am back in Paris now for my 3 month cuisine stage at Taillevent Restaurant. What an expereince! More hard work and sore hands ahead. Stay tuned! J'adore Paris!

ENCORE PARIS!
